Frequently Asked Questions about Deliveries, returns etc.


We accept payment by UK credit or debit card - Visa or Mastercard.  Your payment is processed securely by Stripe, ( one of the largest e-commerce payment processing companies.  GivenMoment do not collect or store any card payment details.



Our delivery costs are as follows:-


We use Royal Mail delivery for smaller items and couriers for all other items.   


Our delivery costs are for all UK mainland addresses.  A supplement may apply for deliveries within the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles - we will contact you immediately if this is the case. Currently, we do not deliver outside the UK.


Although we ask you to allow 14 days for delivery, most orders will normally be despatched within 2 days. We will notify you by e-mail or phone if any item is out of stock or of any problems, but if this only affects a minority of  goods, we will usually despatch the rest of the order immediately. Please use the "Comments" box at checkout for any special requirements

Next Day?

We do not offer next day delivery as a matter of course, but if you need something urgently we're happy to discuss options and costs. Use any of the usual contacts (top of page), or the "Comments" box at checkout, and we'll be in touch

What if my order does not arrive?

If your order has not arrived within 10 days and we have not notified you of any delays, please contact us and we will trace the parcel

Your Comments, Suggestions and Enquiries

We want customers to be happy with our service and products and if we are not meeting your expectations, we would like to hear from you. Perhaps you might like to suggest a way in which we can improve our website you have a concern about the way you have been treated or a complaint about a product? Alternatively, you may have an idea for other products which we might stock.

How do I return something?

If an item is damaged or does not work, simply contact us by email or phone, so we can arrange a replacement or refund.  If you wish to return something because it is not as expected, we will not be difficult about it, but we respectfully ask that you contact us first to let us know, phone or email. It will enable us to organise a refund or exchange more quickly and easily, we will know to expect your package, and it could save you a lot of hassle in the long run. There are a number of returns options:

 - complete, print and include the returns form emailed to you with the invoice attachment

 - complete, print and include the returns form on our website

 - request a form/label via phone or email

Return the item unused, in its original packaging where possible, and we will gladly refund the full purchase price, including our initial postage charge where appropriate (e.g. sole contents).  Sorry, but we do not cover the cost of returns postage, and it is also your responsibility to ensure that items arrive safely with us in their original, re-saleable condition.

For any of the above, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your parcel. For your own protection, it is a good idea when returning goods to obtain a proof of posting certificate (and additional insurance, if required) from the post office.   

Do You Offer Gift Wrapping?

At present, gift wrapping is not available, but if you would like us to include a short message with the parcel, we can do so. Just use the "Comments" box at checkout or the other, usual contact channels
